English Dub Review: Shadows House “Those Who Fight Back”

Overview:

The phantom mayhem has ended in the worst possible way. As the house tries to settle back into its usual routine, Kate and Emilico’s suspicions and fears give rise to an unshakeable determination.

Our Take:

This was one anime I didn’t want to end. I am going to be honest if this doesn’t get a third season but Rent-a-Girlfriend does I will be livid. Shadows House is such a unique show with a good mystery. I want to see where this goes and it really deserves another season.

After all the craziness that happened with Mary Rose, Kate and Emilico needed some time to breathe but that wasn’t to be. They were named team leaders of cleaning team ten which also has Belle on it. After her torture, she understandably wants to be left alone. Emilico is so kind that she just picks up the slack for her team member. Which is an act she is beaten by Barb for, I lost a lot of respect for Barb there. No one hits Emilico like that! The upsetting thing is this is more or less where the episode ends. It sets up some things that could continue but then just ends the episode and we have no idea if we’ll get a season three.
