Disney+ Orders ‘The Proud Family: Louder And Prouder’ Season Two

Disney+’s The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder has been ordered for a second season which is already in production ahead of the show’s season finale which is coming this Wednesday. The series comes from Academy Award-winning creator/executive producer Bruce W. Smith and executive producer Ralph Farquhar, who led the original series, at the helm, reuniting them with Calvin Brown, Jr. who is co-executive producer and story editor.

Kyla Pratt as Penny Proud, Tommy Davidson as Oscar Proud, Paula Jai Parker as Trudy Proud, Jo Marie Payton as Suga Mama, Karen Malina White as Dijonay Jones, Soleil Moon Frye as Zoey Howzer and Alisa Reyes as LaCienega Boulevardez. Plus Cedric the Entertainer returns as Uncle Bobby Proud.

Set to appear as guest stars in the upcoming season are Chance the Rapper, Gabrielle Union, Normani, Leslie Odom Jr., Anthony Anderson, Dominique Dawes, Gabby Douglas, Laurie Hernandez, Jane Lynch, Holly Robinson Peete, Maury Povich, Storm Reid, Courtney B. Vance and Lana Mendoza.
