Review: Bunsen is a Beast “Bunsen Saves Christmas”
The beginning of the end.
Overview (Spoilers Below)
Bunsen and Mikey have to trek up to the North Pole and save Santa from Amanda who is there with Beverly to cause a ruckus after finding out she was on Santa’s naughty list. A battle ensues, and Bunsen calls in some backup to get Santa flying in time to get everyone’s presents delivered on time…including the one with Amanda.
Our Take
It’s good to see Bunsen get truly meshed out in terms of his silly abilities and the overall premise of the episode was fun, original, and loaded with silly gafs. The producers could’ve easily given us a Christmas story that was highly derivative, and yes Family Guy (a favorite resource for ideas from Butch Hartman) did some of this with “Road to the North Pole”, but overall, it was a solid episode. Amanda makes for a good villain, and I wouldn’t mind seeing more of Beverly before the end of the show’s run in two weeks.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
