‘MrBeast Lab’ Expands Into Full YouTube-First Animated Series Following Pilot Success
Following a successful testing phase with a run of 10 three-minute shorts, the world of MrBeast Lab is officially moving forward as a full YouTube-first animated series, with its premiere slated for November 1.
Created by digital megastar Jimmy Donaldson (better known as MrBeast), the project brings the expansive lore of the popular toy line and multimedia universe directly to digital screens through high-energy action and storytelling.
What Lies Ahead in the New Series?
The upcoming series builds directly on the events of the initial shorts, which concluded with a devastating turning point: the main laboratory was destroyed, and a character named Banana made the ultimate sacrifice to save his friends from shadow creatures known as the Shroud.
With the Lab gone and the Shroud closing in, the team picks up a faint signal suggesting Banana might still be alive. Driven by determination, Panthar and the remaining crew embark on a high-stakes mission to bring him home—unaware that someone, or something, else is listening in.
Official Logline:
“Banana gave everything to save his friends. Now he’s calling from the other side, and Panthar will do anything to bring him home. But someone or something else is listening…”
Production and Creative Team
MrBeast Lab is produced through a collaboration between Beast Industries and Moose Toys, with animation handled by Studio Moshi.
Mike Roberts, who directed the initial run of shorts, returns to helm the project as a consulting producer, ensuring continuity in style and action as the series makes the leap into its full-scale release.
Fans can catch the official premiere when it launches on YouTube on November 1.
