“Par: A Normal Girl” stars a young 13-year-old girl named Parasol ‘Par’ Sombra, your average Mexican-American girl who deals with the problems of being a teenager just like everyone else… And can also see the living dead. Par is a familial member of the ‘Sun Stopper’ clan, inheriting the role of guardian at a young age after the passing of her grandmother. While Par struggles with her daily life of homework and after-school chores, she must also defend the entire world from the rising threat of the living dead. Thankfully, Par has help from her hundreds-of-years-old family cat and her best friends.
Par: A Normal Girl is a cartoon pilot produced by Eddie Mort, co-creator of Mucha Lucha, Leo Partible, and Jared Rush. Veteran voice cast, including Mexico star Mario Castaneda debuting in his first-ever English voiceover role. Animation by Anodyne Studios, music composed by Jake Siegler (Yu-Gi-Oh! GX).
