English Dub Review: With You, Our Love Will Make It Through “Episode 6” “Episode 7”

Overview:

The sports festival at school finishes up, and something surprising happens to Ochi.

Mari and Yukihiro spend some time at the beach, and then Mari goes to visit Tsunagu beyond the wall.

Our Take(Spoilers):

I was surprised we didn’t have more delays last week. Of the shows I normally review, this was the only one that skipped the week. But they made up for it by releasing two episodes today!

Things could obviously change, but as it stands now, it looks like instead of Yukihiro finding a beastperson that he will fall in love with and end the love triangle, instead, we now have a love rectangle. We’re introduced to Tsunagu’s childhood friend, Kisara, who is a cat-like beastperson. We soon learn that she’s been in love with Tsunagu since they were kids. I’m hoping that maybe she and Yukihiro hit it off, but it seems like we’re in full unrequited love mode with two of the characters.

Tsunagu and Mari are a cute couple, and there is plenty of conflict in their being together alone. But I would like to see some other happy romances sprout up somewhere. I do think that Mari and Kisara will develop a friendship of sorts over time but we’ll have to see if new love can blossom.
