English Dub Review: 2.5 Dimensional Seduction “The World We Create with Our Friends”
Overview:
Coordination isn’t their only problem. The Manga Club must also deal with the bane of cosplayers everywhere: heat.
Our Take:
I had a feeling that the heat was going to be a big problem. Noa almost passed out, and then Ririsa did pass out. But Noa was able to gain some fans by carrying Ririsa to the doctor on staff while suffering from heat symptoms herself. It was also Noa who had to talk some sense into Ririsa when it came to shouldering all the burdens of the event herself. This seemed to open Ririsa’s eyes, and they spent time learning some poses to use the next day.
This ended up benefiting them a lot because the next day, they were so improved that a lot of the photographers couldn’t stop taking pictures of the group. The second day is a lot cooler, but they still need to be mindful of their potential heat issues. I feel bad for how I initially felt about this show; I thought it was an off-brand, more ecchi version of My Dress-Up Darling. Turns out that it’s way more than that, and I’ve enjoyed getting to watch this show.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
