English Dub Review: New Saga “To the Blacksmith’s Nation”

Overview: 

Kyle’s party arrives in Karan and becomes embroiled in tensions between Zirgus and the Gargan Empire.

Our Take(Spoilers):

Theron is slowly becoming one of my favorite characters. We got to see him be a badass previously, and that was already awesome, but we already knew he was a Playboy. He stepped in to help a damsel in distress, only to find out it was a guy in distress. Well, he has a cute older sister as well, so no problem, right? After rescuing him, he learns that not only is his sister married, but those “bandits” had a reason to be mad. This led to Theron saying the hilarious line “Ahh, your good looks betray that you’re an awful person”.

Most of the episode was like this; everyone was joking and having a good time. Then the last thirty seconds happened. Kyle was about to have dinner with a guy that his mother had worked with at one time. You might be wondering why I didn’t learn his name, and I would tell you that it won’t matter. When Kyle goes into the dining room, he sees the man’s head on the table and his murderer standing nearby. The murderer in question seems to be a demon, and I was surprised Kyle didn’t know this had happened.
