English Dub Review: A Couple of Cuckoos “I See You’re All Together”

Overview:

Hiro is preparing for a festival that’s about to be held at her shrine.

Our Take:

I thought Ai already confessed to Nagi, but maybe he didn’t take it that way. She took him somewhere private after challenging Erika to a competition and told him that she loved him and he should choose her. This gave Nagi an idea: what if he told Hiro about the confession to see if she gets jealous? I think if she were someone who would get jealous at something like that, then she would have been more upset when she found out he was engaged.

Hiro’s shrine is holding a festival, and there is a cosplay contest, and she’s trying to stack the deck in her favor by having Nagi on as a judge. Not only that, but she thought she could get Erika and Sachi to help, too. Unfortunately for her, Erika is dumb and thought a bunny cosplay meant an Easter bunny costume instead of the bunny girl we all know and love. Sachi didn’t have enough time to do anything and went as a middle school girl in her uniform. Which she ya know… is. The crowd sure loved it, but no one could have prepared for Ai to come out and do a surprise idol performance. She is an online singer who has never shown her face and used this event as her grand reveal.
