English Dub Review: 2.5 Dimensional Seduction “My Enchanted Armor”

Overview:

Nagomi realizes she can just have fun with cosplay, just like Ririsa. When the two cosplayers meet later on, a new friendship blooms.

Our Take:

I had a feeling something like this would happen. Once Nagomi gets to know Ririsa, she’s going to want to be friends with her. I was looking forward to her meeting Okumura as well, and that didn’t disappoint. She tried to talk him into cosplaying as well and even asked him for his number. I was a little surprised he gave it to her, but he did, and now I can’t wait to see what shenanigans happen on that front.

There was a downside to such a successful event. Ririsa’s pictures from the event got out into the world, and a lot of the students and teachers saw them. How they knew it was her is a question that the next episode might answer but as for now it’s looking like the club’s future might be in jeopardy. You can’t have students going around half-naked and say that it’s a good club for a school environment. Ririsa said she loved Okumura and I think these dummies haven’t realized it’s not just friendship yet. But they’re a good team and I think they’ll handle this situation well.
