Overview
Shy Noon / High School Abuse-ical
A super shy villain takes over gravity – is Super Team Canada up (or down?) for the challenge?
The Pooch Pack Goes Wack/Permission Impossible
Canada’s favorite cheap children’s cartoon crime-solving dogs get turned into giant monsters. A tale as old as time.
Our Take
Brian Drummond is quickly becoming the hero of Super Team Canada as maybe he doesn’t have the name fame as say a Will Arnett or Cobie Smulders but he’s utility voice actor deployed to take on a number of different roles and he does a more than solid job at each of them. Really we only get to see Brian take on a number of ancillary roles in say video games, children’s show, and dubbing anime, all important, but seldom have we seen him in a bunch of adult animation titles so it’s good to see him really contributing here and throwing some good pitches.
Also good news, Super Team Canada seems to be hitting some fun grooves seen most notably in the funniest episode of the season thus far “The Pooch Pack Goes Wack” which features an evil adaptation of Paw Patrol that really shouldn’t be missed. Moreover, we got to see some origin stories for Niagara Falls and kind of for Sasquatch so now we’re getting a tad deeper into our cast and I’m here for it.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
