Report: And The New Voice Of Milhouse On “The Simpsons” Is…

This whole notion of replacing voice actors with mimics is continuing to rub me the wrong way and you can already tell the cost of the number of actors needed is just going up, up, up because as the legendary Pamela Hayden retires she already now has TWO characters (the other being Jimbo Jones) replaced by TWO different actors. That should tell you how talented Pamela is and the other voice actors for The Simpsons like Hank Azaria, Harry Shearer, and others all of whom have had mimics come and take over their roles for a variety of reasons. Well, now we have a new one for what is probably Pamela’s most prominent voice…Milhouse.
This Sunday night on The Simpsons as the show celebrates it’s 36th season finale, FOX takes off the covers on who will be the new voice of Milhouse moving forward…singer Kelly Macleod. Kelly will be portraying a much older Milhouse in an episode entitled “Estranger Things” when Marge is concerned after Bart and Lisa decide to stop watching Itchy & Scratchy together. Kelly actually returns to the show having previously done a guest appearance as a singer in the episode “Bart The Cool Kid” The aforementioned new episode kicks off a night of premieres for Animation Domination on FOX starting @ 8pm ET/PT, check your local listings.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
