Michael Cusack Opts To End YOLO As A Trilogy For Adult Swim
Michael Cusack’s been in the news a few times this week having recently gotten a shout out on The Simpsons and now he’s making news on the future of one of his many shows.
In a lengthy post on Instagram the Aussie-based animator has noted that Yolo: Rainbow Trinity will in fact be the conclusion of the three-part YOLO saga on Adult Swim. This announcement leaves Mike with one-known series that he is working on at the moment in the form of Smiling Friends given that with Yolo ending and Koala Man being canceled after one season on Netflix, no other original series have been announced with Mike attached thus far. That said, Adult Swim has a hefty presence at Annecy incoming so maybe something gets announced there, who knows?
Yolo: Rainbow Trinity is now streaming on HBO MAX
