Star Wars: Visions Season Three Start Date Announced For Disney+ ; New Anime Series Announced For 2026
Star Wars: Visions Season Three has been announced for a September 22nd (some outlets are staying Oct 29th but I’m going by the trailer below?) debut with an English dubbed adaptation with sequel episodes to ‘The Duel’, ‘The Village Bride’ and ‘The Ninth Jedi’ all on tap. Leading studios like Production IG, Polygon Studios, Studio Trigger, and Studio Wit are all helping to contribute nine new shorts
A sequel series coming in 2026 entitled Star Wars Visions Presents will feature some of the aforementioned shorts but told over a number of episodes in a whole series with the first one being The Ninth Jedi.
Synopsis:
Animation studios from around the world bring their unique perspectives to the “Star Wars” universe through a series of short films.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
