Review: Invincible Fight Girl “Friends”
Overview
A young girl named Andy, living in Wrestling World, endeavors to become the best pro-wrestler ever and takes on the allies of “Fight Girl.”
Our Take
“Friends” refers to the new friends that Andy makes this week on the newest episode of Invincible Fight Girl, a hangout episode if you will. It’s here we meet up again with Craig who introduces us to the Meetpuncha family. And while Andy makes friends with Mikey, she sets up a fight with Brandon that will go down next week.
Really, we’re just seeing Andy level up this week, really trying to hone in on her training regimen to gain enough strength to be a champion one day. Unfortunately, we don’t get to see much of a fight this week, but it’s early, and I’m having fun with the continued worldbuilding elements this week’s episode presented to the viewers. I will say that the supporting cast is getting more impressive by the day featuring the likes of Lauren Lapkus (patron) and now Clancy Brown (Mega) as part of the cast that already includes Sydney Mikayla who is just destroying it at the moment as our lead character Andy.
Like an episode of WWE Raw that featured mostly promos leading up to a PLE, this week’s episode of Invincible Fight Girl gets us a brief fill until we get to what looks to be a big fight next week.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
