English Dub Review: Tower of God “The 25th Bam”

Overview:

Team Shibisu arrives to confront FUG member Jue Viole Grace. To prevent his former teammates from discovering that he is the 25th Bam, Viole takes on Team Shibisu.

Our Take:

I know that anime is known for reusing the same voice actors throughout a show, but I think it has gotten much better in the last decade. But I have to say that I am noticing many of the same people voice multiple characters in this show. Aleks Le for sure is voicing multiple people and I think I heard Cherami Leigh as well. It’s not the biggest deal but it can be a bit jarring and take you out of whatever you’re watching.

I’m aware that I might have an unhealthy obsession with Endorsi but I still don’t like to see her upset. Once it was revealed to her that the person she fought was Bam she looked so sad. If they both end up on the boat together I hope they have a chance to talk because that’s what I’m looking forward to most.

Bam hiding his face so his past teammates wouldn’t recognize him was sad as well. But if he keeps acting noble and nothing like a member of FUG then people will have to figure it out eventually.
