Our Take:

This episode brought something to my attention that I hadn’t thought much about during all my years of anime watching. When people go to these arenas and watch these fights do you think they know that their life is in danger? Watching a fight in the Dragonball or My Hero Academia universe is a life threatening activity, these fighters aren’t paying attention to where their attacks go they’re just trying to win. So if a giant blast of electricity goes into the crowd who cares? Event safety should be a bigger deal in these worlds is all I’m saying.

I hope this show doesn’t keep teasing me, the next episode better follow through. Rak immediately recognized Bam. We were then treated to one of the most wholesome moments of the show when Rak went into Bam’s arms crying. Endorsi was nearby as well and I hope we get some sort of interaction between her and Bam or I’m going to riot.
