English Dub Review: MF Ghost “The Devil of Ashinoko Skyline”
Overview
As the competitors enter their third and final lap, the rain starts to ease, but the change in weather conditions brings with it something unexpected.
Our Take
The latest episode of MF Ghost delivers a high-octane spectacle as Kanata faces one of the most challenging conditions yet—thick fog in the treacherous death zone nicknamed “White Devil”. With most racers slowing down to navigate carefully, Kanata charges forward using a trick he learned from his past.
This episode also highlights Kanata’s evolution from a laid-back competitor to a racer driven by fierce determination. His newfound competitive spirit shines as he pushes himself and his car to their limits despite the dangerous conditions and emphasizes the exceptional skill level of all the drivers with a touch of suspense.
Overall, this episode really managed to top itself with its breathtaking visuals, and intense Eurobeat soundtrack, and knows how to keep the excitement alive minus the unneeded fanservice, even if Ren’s inner thoughts make her overthink stuff. However the race is far from over, and with Kanata’s relentless drive to prove himself, I’m curious to see where this goes next!
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
