English Dub Review: Delico’s Nursery “How to Kill God”

Overview:

Dali and his team uncover Pendulum’s hideout and rescue Lord Johannes and the children, but now Clara and Ul have been kidnapped.

Our Take:

Can you imagine rescuing your kids and then finding out that your baby was just kidnapped immediately after? That would be frustrating, but I have to respect Clara a lot because she took her job seriously. She is the caretaker of Ul and she told them “If you’re kidnapping the boy you better take me with you” and I loved that. Now she’s on the inside and she can talk with the members of Pendulum a little better than the kids could so I’m intrigued to see what that potentially leads to.

The true of vamp is a god to vampires and the members of Pendulum want to kill him. I’m not sure if they actually are a god but I know that seeing a group attempt to kill a god is interesting. In fact, in any other story, the members of Pendulum would be the main characters I think. I’m still not sure where this story is going to go but when the true of vamp shows up I imagine it’s going to be a huge deal. I hope the payoff is worth it and happens soon.
