English Dub Review: Go! Go! Loser Ranger! “Battle! Fever! Fighter D!”

Overview:

Fighter XX steps in to help Fighter D but is stopped by Blue Keeper with his Divine Artifact.

Our Take:

I had a feeling that Fighter XX had replaced Koguma but I was glad that they didn’t make us wonder for long. What I am still wondering is if the real Koguma is dead or not because we don’t know for sure yet and I’m not going to lie I would feel a little bad if he died right after finding the inner strength he’d been missing.

It seemed that there for a second we were going to see a Dragon Keeper who was good but Blue Keeper is still pretty bad. Sure he might have a softer side he doesn’t show anyone but he still thought it was a good idea to torture Fighter XX and I don’t think a good person would necessarily do that.

Fighter D is managing to keep his cover because when he attempted to rescue his “teammate” from Blue Keeper he was technically not lying no matter how you look at it. Fighter XX is Fighter D’s teammate and Koguma is Hibiki’s teammate so either way he was trying to help a friend. Will they be able to bring down a Keeper though?
