PARAMOUNT+ ANNOUNCES FIFTH AND FINAL SEASON OF STAR TREK: LOWER DECKS

The previously announced fifth season of STAR TREK: LOWER DECKS, which is currently in production, will mark the series’ final season and premiere this fall on Paramount+.

Creator and showrunner Mike McMahan has said in interviews that he had written the season finale quite a while ago though noted that further seasons beyond the fifth were not guaranteed. That said, the final episodes are being written so as to not give the characters a definitive ending. Speaking of characters, expect to see some from the series Star Trek: Enterprise as well as the return of Gabrielle Ruiz as T’Lyn.
