English Dub Review Laid Back Camp “Camping Alone”
Overview
Nadeshiko arrives at her campsite and begins experimenting with outdoor cooking when two kids show up.
Our Take
Finally, Nadeshiko arrived at the camping site as a solo camper while flaunting enough sweetness to be at Diabeetus Blvd. Setting up her tent and experimenting with cooking techniques using foil, newspapers, and charcoal fire which is highly plausible, though I wouldn’t use Newspaper since I don’t know if the ink is toxic or not…
During her camping escapade, Nadeshiko crosses paths with a pair of sisters, assuming the role of a reliable older camper and bonding with them in heartwarming interactions. In the process, there’s a minor subplot involving Rin and Sakura looking out for Nadeshiko in secret, though I couldn’t help but laugh as they run into the bushes, and both of them leave with a sense of relief that Nadeshiko’s lack of communication mostly came from a bad phone signal.
Overall, this episode was cute wholesome, and memorable in its proceedings. The subtle concern shown by Rin and Sakura adds depth to the story, highlighting the strong bonds between the characters. Fortunately for everyone, Nadeshiko seems to be in her element in terms of good vibes as she’s instantly making new friends and sleeps across a beautiful night view. With 4 episodes left, I’m curious to see where this goes next!
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
