English Dub Review: The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You (94 to Go)”

Overview:

The Rentarou family spends the night at the Hanazono household.

Our Take:

Rentarou and the girls spend the night at the Hanazono house, which creates a whole lot of hysterical chaos. Hahari dresses Rentarou up like a girl and then convinces most of the other girls to peep in on him while he’s bathing. Shizuka is the only one opposed and she wants to stop the others before they see him naked.

Rentarou also connects with Hahari a bit more. She tells him more about her first love, who died at a young age. Rentarou reassures her that she can love him while she loving her lost one. It’s a pretty tender moment as long as you forget the age gap. This show doesn’t take things that seriously though, so it’s not as much of an issue.

This season finale is packed with plenty of other hilarious scenes, including how Hahari inserts herself into Rentarou’s daily life. Plus, we get cameos from potential future girlfriends. Since a second season has already been confirmed, it will only be a matter of time before we actually meet these characters. This is a great way to cap the season off and I can’t wait for the next one.
