English Dub Review: Management of a Novice Alchemist “Management of a Novice Alchemist”
Overview:
Sarasa finally feels like she has a handle on her shop — but then she receives a letter that could set her down a new career path entirely. A final clash will decide it all!
Our Take:
As far as final episodes go this one was a bit anti-climactic but I think it still fit well with this series. Since it’s a show that for the most part has been about how a business is run it felt fitting. I always wondered when they talked about Sarasa’s parent’s shop what had happened to it but now we know. I’d just say that as far as “final battles” go that was in the last episode with the salamander.
It turns out that Sarasa’s parents hired some really great people and they took care of the shop after they died. The reason why they took so long to get into contact with Sarasa was a bit wishy-washy but in a world where instant communication doesn’t exist I’ll give it a pass. They want Sarasa to come back and take over the company which as you can imagine puts her in a tough situation.
Does she leave the store that she built from the groundup? I think she made the right decision in deciding to stay with the store she built, it looks like her families shop is in good hands and who knows maybe as time goes on her shop could be a part of her family’s shop and they make a chain or something. The season review for this one is going to be interesting.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
