Tubi: Weedmaps Teams With The Freak Brothers For Second Season

Slated to premiere on September 24th is the second-half of The Freak Brothers’ second season consisting of four episodes. Not only can we expect the introduction of some new characters, but Weedmaps has teamed up with the franchise to launch a number of “Smoke & Screen” premiere parties in a number of cities where cannabis is legal like Denver, New York, Chicago, Boston and Phoenix. Here’s a teaser that gives a taste of the collaboration:

This isn’t the first-time that the Tubi-produced animated series has teamed up with brands. The Freak Brothers have also been a part of other collabos with the likes of High Times, Amoeba, and most recently Onyx Coffee.

Synopsis:

The animated series – based on the renowned, 55-year-old stoner comic and featuring the voices of Pete Davison, Adam Devine, Tiffany Haddish Woody Harrelson, John Goodman, Blake Anderson, and others – follows the misadventures of three time-traveling 🌿-loving hippies and their cat as they navigate life after smoking a magical strain that takes the from 1960s counterculture to the present day.
