Andrew Archer’s Edo Ball To Be Adapted Into Animated Series

Andrew Archer’s Edo Ball will be adapted into an animated series, a graphic novel, and even a video game via Grant Hill’s Point Road Productions. The collection of artwork molds the worlds of basketball with Japanese art inspired by the Edo era. Other talent, like producers and whatnot, will commence as part of announcements in the coming weeks.

Andrew Archer is a New Zealand-based illustrator who was inspired to combine his two great passions, basketball and the Edo era of Japan which would be between the 17th and 20th centuries. Featured among Andrew’s artwork are demons, skulls, and other Japanese folklore playing basketball.
