English Dub Review: Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? “Welf Crozzo | Shikou”
Overview:
Bell and Ryu must cast reservations aside in the face of death. Meanwhile, Welf faces a trial by fire he cannot fail; lives are at stake.
Our Take:
I hate to beat a dead horse and keep talking about the new Legend of Zelda in reviews but it’s top of my mind right now. I hate when I get a good weapon and it breaks so I can understand why Welf would want to make a magic sword that won’t break. At least in the video game, I don’t usually have to make a weapon while my teammates fight for their lives behind me. I’m loving that a bunch of different characters are getting some development. Welf has been around since the beginning and sure he’s gotten some time to shine but I really feel like this was his episode.
Bell and Ryu are starting to make their way to safety but it’s going to take a lot of time and luck. I would have to say that the only negative thing I have to say about this episode and this arc is how little time we’ve spent with Bell and Ryu since they got separated from everyone. To be fair, they were injured and resting so I have a feeling that will change in the coming episodes. This is still an anime that is a lot of fun to watch.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
