Justin Roiland: All Charges Dropped Against Rick and Morty Co-Creator
As expected, all charges against Rick and Morty co-creator Justin Roiland have been dropped! The Orange County DA has cleared Justin all wrong-doing and Deadline even got a statement that reads the following:
“We dismissed the charges today as a result of having insufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt,” a spokesperson for O.C. D.A. Todd Spitzer
Justin released a statement of his own that you can read below:
Now awaits a wait-and-see if 20th Television Animation and Adult Swim will allow Justin to get back his status and roles (as it should). Because those shows without him would suck.

There's got to be some kind of twist that's going to happen with this. I don't know if they're setting up an April Fool's joke now or what's going on, but it seems too strange that they'd suddenly reverse on doing a fourth and fifth season after the show was already renewed and they were even just talking about working on those seasons like a couple months ago or something. Or maybe the two episodes yet to release will secretly somehow each be like a "season" in themselves?
