English Dub Review: Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun “Welcome Back”

Overview

The Legend Leaf exploded in the sky and bloomed into beautiful flower petals. While everyone’s in a celebratory mood, the award ceremony begins. Those who did excellently in the event, those who ended up forfeiting… How did all of the members of the Misfit Class do? Were they all able to reach the rank they needed to?! All of the mentors also are reunited with their students. How will the mentors respond to their students’ performances during the Harvest Festival?


Our Take

With the aftermath/after-party of the festival, this episode celebrated this event with everyone coming together with smiles and joy. It seems Iruma learned a lot from this experience and he looked kinda cool with that cape and crown.

Iruma being extra clingy to Azz and Clara was greatly needed after the shit Orobas pulled, not to mention Opera and Sully’s after-after party. Man, that welcome back was warm. But no matter what rank everyone reached, they should be proud of themselves to be part of this festival.

Overall, I’m glad the misfit class got the recognition they deserved and the episode focused on bringing the Misfit Class together once again, along with the rest of the school. However, their questions remained unanswered. There seem to be more mysteries happening. Ocho is still on the loose, and Kalego will likely investigate further into that along with the teachers. Something tells me that Ocho is linked to Kiriwo and the Fingers…
