English Dub Review: Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for my Retirement: “Then Let It Be War”
Overview: A huge conflict comes knocking at Mitsuha’s (Trina Nishimura) doorstep that will change her life in her new world forever.
Our Take: An impending war against the kingdom is a good make or break moment for Mitsuha in how she decides to handle it. Mitsuha revealing her secret drives home how she throws caution to the wind when others’ safety is on the line. Overall, it is a simple, but effective way of distinguishing her empathy to loved ones.
With Alexis in need of medical attention, how she consuls him to push on is a sweet and powerful sentiment. It’s also an exciting development in her two worlds finally crashing together. Accelerating that process is her need for Wolf Fang’s army. The design of the goblin army leaves much to be desired with them being as generic as they come. The same goes for the overall animation which will, hopefully, change with a big battle around the corner.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
