Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village English Dub Trailer Drops
Usually we don’t find out about the English dub adaptations of any series way after the subtitled version premieres, so I’m happy we’re getting this one a few months earlier. The feature-length cut of Episodes 10 and 11 of the Entertainment District Arc along with the extended Episode 1 of the upcoming Swordsmith Village Arc in 4K with remastered audio are releasing today in theaters in an attempt to get people excited for the upcoming season which is slated to premiere English dubbed sometime this Spring.
The series is directed by Haruo Sotozaki, and the series’ characters were designed by Akira Matsushima. The show is written by various Ufotable (the series’ producer) staff members and produced by Hikaru Kondo.
The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga series was created by Koyoharu Gotoge, it consists of 23 volumes and has sold over 150 million copies. The manga is published under SHUEISHA’s JUMP COMICS and the animation production is by ufotable. The story begins when Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by a demon, joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his younger sister Nezuko back into a human after she was transformed into a demon.
The TV anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba first aired with the Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc in April 2019. In October 2020, the animated feature film Mugen Train was released, and the TV anime Mugen Train Arc and Entertainment District Arc were broadcasted and streamed from 2021 through 2022. Kicking things off with the world tour screenings of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba To Swordsmith Village in February 2023, the TV adaptation of the Swordsmith Village Arc is scheduled to begin airing in April.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
