English Dub Review: The Daily Life of the Immortal King “A Sword Dance of the Five Elements”

A competition show is held to show off some of the group’s sword dancing skills, but it feels like this might be a ploy by someone malicious…

Our Take:

I’m starting to feel really bad for Sun Rong, she just keeps getting into bad situation after bad situation. She was doing an amazing dance performance and some demon behind the scenes decided he wanted to make her mess up to get the ratings up. He has plans to get enough people watching to use their energy to control the world. But as we all know Wang Ling doesn’t let that happen.

The interesting thing about this episode is that it ended on a pretty big cliffhanger. We don’t know exactly what is going to happen to everyone. Now it seems like all the people that were under the spell are now “zombies”. The bad guy behind all of this seemed to be the same bad guy that was trying to sabotage Sun Rong but I could be wrong. Either way, he got taken out by the Billibilli mascot who is also now evil. I love the curveballs this show throws so I am eagerly waiting for next week’s episode.
