Our Take:

Have you ever watched a show with a side story that is wayyyy more interesting than the main story that’s going on? That is precisely what is going on with Tokisada. Not only does Ian Sinclair do a fantastic job with the voice of the character but he’s just more interesting. After a discovery is made in this episode I am way more interested in what is going on with that arc than what Ittoki is doing.

The main reason for that is that Ittoki just hasn’t been an interesting character. He’s honestly been kind of annoying. There has been no growth, I know we are only on episode five but he doesn’t show any improvement at all. He only managed to get through this episode by sheer luck and that’s it. One thing that might make it more fun to watch is that there might be a traitor in the mix but we will have to wait and see on that one.
