English Dub Review: My Hero Academia “Inheritance”

Overview:

Hawks’ confrontation with Dabi leads him to think back on his past. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Mirko fights her way through multiple High Ends to get to Doctor and Shigaraki.

Our Take:

Hawks has never told his real name to anyone so how does Dabi know it? Dabi tells Hawks who he is and leaves him reeling. I have a feeling when we learn just who he is it will be a big deal. But right now he is the biggest threat to the number two hero and I don’t know about you guys but I don’t want to see Hawks go just yet.

But having said that I think I have a new favorite pro, I know I mentioned the simping before but not only is Mirko worthy of that but she’s one of the biggest badasses as well. I haven’t been this impressed in a pro since Endeavor’s fight with High End.

Shigaraki managed to revive himself and I think next episode things are going to go really poorly for the heroes. I know he didn’t get to finish his incubation or whatever but he has had time to gain a lot of new powers I bet and that could be bad news in the hands of someone as unhinged as him.
