English Dub Review: The Devil is a Part-Timer! “The Devil and the Hero Focus on What’s Happening Right Now”
Overview:
The whole gang prepares for their showdown with Raguel. But the fight has a lot of unexpected twists and turns, thanks to meddling from more than one immortal. less
Our Take:
One thing that I’m glad was acknowledged during this episode was how Maou was so upset about having to pay to get to places just to chase someone down. That is one thing I never really thought about until now. If you are chasing someone all over town you have to probably pay for transportation and some places might even have you pay just to get in. For Maou who was already struggling financially, this was quite the issue.
There were a couple of big revelations that happened in this episode that I won’t spoil now but will definitely go over in my season review. Suffice it to say season three cannot get here soon enough. I can’t wait to see what goes down next time. But more than that this show has some of the wittiest and funny dialogue in any anime. I cannot praise Ian Sinclair as Gabriel enough and you might get tired of me talking about him soon. The way he just casually drops insider heavenly information was too funny.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
