English Dub Review: The Daily Life of the Immortal King “Let Us Burn!!”;”Almost Perfect”

Overview:

The tournament comes to an end seemingly. Wang Ling awakens something inside himself ever since he met his friends and Sun Rong. But after the assassin takes advantage of all the chaos in the tournament did Wang Ling miss his chance?

Our Take:

I was not expecting this show to go in the direction it did. I was really glad we got two episodes today but now I wish they did three. There is only one episode left in the first season and I can only hope that they begin dubbing the second season immediately because after how this episode ended I won’t be able to wait. I don’t know what is in store after this even the ending changed a tiny bit in one of the saddest ways possible.

Wang Ling was fairly emotionless up through this episode but you could feel something was bound to change. He may be one of the most powerful people on the planet but he is still human… I think. What I am most excited to see is I think we are going to get some time travel because Wang said “I’ll rewrite this whole world” which could lead to some really interesting things. Hopefully, there is no delay next week and we get to see what happens. Hats off to the animation team because they did amazing when Wang decided to go all out.
