English Dub Review: I’m Quitting Heroing “Remember, the Work Trip Is First and Foremost a Learning Opportunity” Part 2

Overview:

One by one, the ghost claims Leo’s friends. But not without reason…

Our Take:

It turns out there was no ghost in a twist that absolutely everyone saw coming. It was all part of the hotel “plan” that Echidna signed up for. The only thing that was mildly shocking was that it was meant as a prank for Leo and only Leo. How she had the time to get everyone else on board with it is beyond me but apparently, she did.

The twist was discovered relatively early on in the episode and the rest was spent on bonding in the bath. Evidently, everyone was okay doing together for some reason even though half of the crew is women. Maybe the Demon Realm is just way more progressive than anywhere else I’ve heard of. But that is about it for the OVA here. It wasn’t the worst OVA I’ve ever seen but it also wasn’t the best. I would have liked this show to go out with something a little better but we will get into all of that with the season review.
