English Dub Review: Call of the Night “7th Night: Reproduce”

Overview:

Boredom drove Ko into the night. Boredom drove Ko’s new acquaintance to kill time in her own way. She and Ko seem very similar… perhaps TOO similar for comfort.

Our Take:

Okay, a lot to unpack here, there are a bunch of vampires in the world as to be expected and they come loaded with some amazing voice talent. I won’t have the names of the characters down quite yet but you have Monica Rial, Emily Neves, Christina Kelly, and Patricia Duran. So NOW I really want these characters to be more involved because they have amazing VAs to go along with them.

These vampires were very confused by Ko’s involvement with Nazuna. Apparently, Nazuna is not one to make offspring or deal with any of that romance stuff. But Ko was given his choice of the new ladies and stuck to Nazuna. Who knew that a fourteen-year-old boy would be one of the more loyal rom-com protagonists? There was even a fight scene this time and it was fantastically animated. It didn’t last long and based on how this series is progressing I don’t think we will get too many but it was damn good.
