English Dub Review: The Devil is a Part-Timer! “The Devil Is at Sea After Losing His Home and His Job”

Overview:

Alas Ramus may be safe, but Maou and his roommates have a few more crises to face. Luckily, they have strong allies on their side.

Our Take:

Well, I’ll admit at first it wasn’t turning around because they had to leave their home for renovations. I have no clue what I would do in such a situation, seems a bit odd to force someone to leave their home with no notice that suddenly but what can you do?

Luckily Maou has the devil’s luck (see what I did there?) and managed to get a high-paying job that includes a place to stay. Of course, everyone else has to tag along as well. I love how everyone keeps thinking that Emi and Maou are a wife and Alas is their child. Chiho isn’t a fan obviously but I don’t really like Chiho so she can get over it. After all the issues with Gabriel, I think everyone could use a getaway. But something tells me that this won’t be all rest and relaxation.
