SDCC 2022: Prime Video Offers Slim Pickings For Animation Fans

Prime Video has had some stellar adult animation premiere in the last year. Franchises like Fairfax, Undone, The Legend of Vox Machina, and The Boys: Diabolical have made 2022 a hell of a year to be a Prime Video subscriber and with The Wheel of Time: Origins, Gary And His Demons, and more on the docket you would think the only streamer with enough money to give Netflix a run for it’s money would have a more impressive slate at San Diego Comic-Con. Alas, that doesn’t appear to be the case as Prime Video has only one announced adult animation slate for SDCC 2022 and it’s for The Wheel of Time: Origins.

This upcoming season will help fans prep for the upcoming second season which is in post-production as we speak. A special video presentation promises to drive fans crazy for the upcoming second season.
