English Dub Review: Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon “When the Grim Comet Falls”

Overview:

Inuyasha and the others have their hands full with the evil spirits pouring out of the burning Windmill of Time. The three girls and Osamu Kirin try to stop the Grim Comet from falling to the earth.

Our Take:

So good news and bad news. The good news is that Kirinmaru’s right arm, Osamu Kirin, is a good guy and fights with the half-demon girls. The bad news is that he wants to kill all demons which unfortunately includes their fathers. So that might put a hamper, on the whole, teaming up thing.

What also doesn’t help is that the tree of ages seemingly can’t get them back to the Feudal Era. Which I am kind of happy about because I have liked the modern stuff more but everything is going on back then so I get their worry. It was a fun episode that saw Osamu do some cool stuff. Hopefully, he comes down on the murdering all demons thing but we’ll see.
