Toonami’s legendary Total Immersion Event is slated to premiere tonight on Adult Swim @ Midnight ET with the episode “The Return”. Tom and Sara return for the two-part CG animated series which will wrap on March 26th, all to help celebrate the 25th anniversary of Toonami.

Tuca & Bertie season three is slated to premiere summer 2022.  This according to a new story post from show creator Lisa Hanawalt on Instagram. If you’re following at home, expect to see Primal drop in May, Birdgirl, and Tuca in the summer.

Synopsis:

This animated comedy series explores the friendship between two 30-year-old bird women who live in the same apartment building. The buddy comedy features cocky, carefree toucan Tuca and anxious, daydreaming songbird Bertie as they live their lives in the metropolis of Bird Town. The former roommates separate when Bertie moves in with chipper architect Speckle and Tuca moves upstairs from them. Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong voice the titular characters on this animated show that is decidedly not for kids.

TBS’s American Dad is officially on break for it’s 19th season and is slated to resume later this year. Seasons 20 and 21 have already been ordered and are in production.

Synopsis:

Stan Smith leads the all-American family in this animated sitcom. Everyday life is taken to the limit as Stan applies the same drastic measures used in his job at the CIA to his home life. Driven by machismo and the American dream, he often is blind to how horribly he fails at his attempts.
