This, in the form of, John DiMaggio has ended his holdout from the 20-episode Futurama revival coming to Hulu and will be returning as the voice of “Bender”.
Set to premiere in 2023, Hulu has ordered a revival of legendary animated sitcom Futurama. The series is expected to return with Billy West, Katey Sagal, Tress MacNeille, Maurice LaMarche, Lauren Tom, Phil LaMarr and David Herman but not John DiMaggio who is still negotiating his return as “Bender”. Twenty episodes of the David X. Cohen/Matt Groening series are on the way with Rough Draft Studios producing with 20th Television who is distributing.
