With no new episodes of The Simpsons coming until the end of February, here are some bits about the FOX animated sitcom that continues to showcase the franchise staying relevant despite being on TV for over 30 seasons.

Former composer for The Simpsons, Alf Clausen, has dropped his wrongful termination suit against the producers of longtime primetime animated sitcom. It was ruled over a year ago by a judge that Alf was unable to showcase enough concrete evidence to win anything, including any disability discrimination.
Doughnuts inspired by The Simpsons from Baker & Baker are going to be re-released with lower sugar options as part of it’s re-up with Disney licensing. While the doughnuts are expected to look the same, sugar and caloric intake will be lowered with both cocoa and strawberry options being made available across European markets like Germany, France, and more.
