Adult Swim Posts Go Home Trailer For Blade Runner: Black Lotus

Toonami and Crunchyroll bring you BLADE RUNNER: BLACK LOTUS, coming Sunday, November 14 on Adult Swim. Adult Swim will air the English language version on Toonami, the network’s popular anime programming block, with an hour long premiere kicking off at Midnight ET/PT, check your local listings. Canadian viewers will be able to simulcast the series on Adult Swim Canada.

“Blade Runner: Black Lotus”takes place in Los Angeles 2032 (this takes place after Black Out) and centers around a young woman who wakes up with no memories and possessing deadly skills. The only clues to her mystery are a locked data device and a tattoo of a black lotus. Putting together the pieces, she must hunt down the people responsible for her brutal and bloody past to find the truth of her lost identity.

Adult Swim has released the trailer for the CG-animated series and it looks very promising thus far. The series will be animated by Sola Digital Arts with Shinji Aramaki and Kenji Kamiyama signed on to direct all thirteen episodes. Shinichirō Watanabe – director of Blade Runner Black Out 2022 – will be serving as a creative producer
