Overview
“Grub Snub”

“She’s All Bat”

Our Take
For the former episode, Lincoln’s turf war against his older sister Leni gets progressively ugly and begins to hit a major turning point when Clive loses his chance to win a particular prize within their hangout, with the running joke of the episode that their competitions keep putting the restaurant’s owner, Gus (voiced by Paul Scheer) physically in harm’s way. Of course, the major turning point is when the final challenge involves a DDR-style arcade dance-off…
The second episode felt a bit contrived with the fact that Lucy’s Club was required by school law from Principal Higgins to have a “7th member” in order to keep it going which is part of where Lucy’s conflict with Lola stems from. That, and Lucy’s fear of being upstaged by her sister since Lola has a bit of an ego and a girly aesthetic that clashes with their club’s Gothic lifestyle and Lucy’s leadership skills.
As a whole, both episodes were quite passable and fun to watch. Lincoln & Leni’s rivalry may have caused some problems for the party place’s owner but like in most Loud House episodes, it ended with an unexpected resolution that made everyone happy, while the 2nd episode’s central conflict stems from Lucy’s jealousy and fear of being upstaged which resorted to the use of ruthless methods to stay on top, but in the end, it sort-of worked itself out in a different way.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
