Funimation Posts English Dub Adaptations Of “Demon Slayer” TV Specials To Get You Ready For The “Mugen Train”

Tickets to see the English dubbed adaptation of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train are currently on sale before the Friday, April 23, 2021 bow and Funimation wants to make your you are primed for the special event by releasing a trio of Demon Slayer TV special episodes including Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Sibling’s Bond, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mt. Natagumo Arc and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Hashira Meeting Arc with that last one slated to include additional footage as part of a”special cut”.

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train is directed by Haruo Sotozaki featuring the original story by Koyoharu Gotoge (JUMP COMICS/SHUEISHA) with screenplay and animation production by studio ufotable. The running time for the film is one one hour and 57 minutes and is rated R.
The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime series, streaming on Funimation dubbed, premiered in 2019 on Adult Swim’s Toonami lineup and is based on Koyoharu Gotoge’s manga, which boasts over 150 million copies in circulation in Japan. Since bursting on the scene, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is an action-packed, thrilling tale of a young man in search of a cure for his sister, who has been turned into a demon after their family is viciously slaughtered by demons. Together with a captivating story and distinct visual aesthetic by studio ufotable, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba offers a glimpse into Japan in the early 1900s, which is inhabited by demons and those that vow to slay them.
Set after the events of the television series, Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train has Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke embark on a new mission. Together with one of the most powerful swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps, Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku, they investigate the mysterious disappearance of over 40 people aboard the Mugen Train.
