The Second Official Trailer For Pacific Rim: The Black Is Bigger And Blackerer

Set to stream on March 4th will be a the brand-new anime adaptation of Pacific Rim: The Black. 

The story picks up in Australia, a continent overrun with Kaiju, but teenage siblings Taylor and Hayley have to muck through it so as to find their long lost parents. They find a crappy Jaeger and head out where they run into allies, seedy characters, and a shit load of Kaiju.

The series comes from Greg Johnson and Craig Kyle and is being animated by Polygon Pictures. A second season has already been ordered and is in production which is good because there’s probably no chance of franchise creator Guillermo Del Toro returning to the helm in doing any more live-action efforts.
