English Dub Review: Noblesse “Lord / Lost Child”

Overview

Seira visits Lukedonia per the Lord’s order. To protect Gejutel, as she has no choice but to conceal the truth about Raizel. Meanwhile, Raizel and Frankenstein finally decide to visit Lukedonia in person to settle everything, and M-21, Tao, and Takio follow them in secret…


Our Take

At least it’s getting a little interesting. I can understand why Raskreia would have a grudge against Raizel, jealousy is one hell of a thing on top of Raizel being shown as the one who killed the former Lord, I feel like there could be more to this story, but the council possibly doesn’t know that.

For me, it doesn’t seem like there wasn’t any motive for Rais to do it at all. As Raizel himself considered the previous Lord as “family” and Rai doesn’t come across as the type who’d do that to family at all.

Things are moving along quite nicely. We get some tidbits of info about the new Lord’s past, and it was nice to see some of the clan leaders and how their politics work. At some point, the council and by extension, the audience we’ll probably see Rai confess what really went down regarding how the previous lord really died. But it’s abundantly clear that the next two episodes should be able to deliver a satisfying conclusion to this arc, along with the season’s end leaving us on some epic proceedings to look forward to.
