Adult Swim Announces English Dubbed Premiere For Attack On Titan Season Four

Adult Swim has announced a January 9th @ 12:30 am ET/PT for the English dubbed adaptation of Attack on Titan season four. The return of the series will be in conjunction with Toonami getting a half-hour back to it’s lineup which will see Toonami go until 4 am ET/PT and the rest of the lineup shifting downward as a result.

The show’s final season, Attack on Titan season four is the first to be produced by MAPPA after WIT Studio refused to do so citing scheduling issues. The final season’s main staff includes director Yuichiro Hayashi, character designer Tomohiro Kishi, chief animation director Daisuke Niinuma, art director Kazuo Ogura, 3D CG Director Takahiro Uezono, scriptwriter Hiroshi Seko, and music composers Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto. For the final season, former 3DCG Director Shuuhei Yabuta was the only returning staff member from WIT Studio. Jun Shishido and Yūichirō Hayashi are replacing Tetsurō Araki and Masashi Koizuka as chief director and series director respectively, scriptwriter Hiroshi Seko is taking over the series composition from Yasuko Kobayashi, and Tomohiro Kishi is replacing Kyōji Asano as character designer. Hiroyuki Sawano is being joined by Kohta Yamamoto to compose the music.
